Heidi Oxendine

Heidi Oxendine is a dedicated mom of one and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies at UNC Pembroke. She is the recipient of the 2026 Laurinburg Kiwanis Scholarship.

With over 13 years of experience in healthcare support, Heidi brings a strong foundation in administrative services to her role as an Associate Junior Accountant with Scotland Health Care System.

Her commitment to growth and excellence is reflected in her personal philosophy: “I have always been determined to learn more from everything that I put my mind and heart to.”

Known for her determination and pride in her work, Heidi strives to continually become the best version of herself. In addition to her professional and academic pursuits, she is actively involved in her community, volunteering with Children’s Church and serving as a cheerleading and softball coach—roles that reflect her passion for mentoring and supporting youth.

Heidi’s dedication to personal growth, community service, and professional excellence makes her a deserving recipient of this scholarship and a valued member of the Scotland Health Care System family.
